職責:

• 學員將接受為期一年的飛機維修在職培訓, 以期能成為合資格的飛機維修員
• 公司將全數資助表現傑出及符合要求的學員於完成培訓後,報讀相關兼讀制高級文憑課程(HD)或中專教育文憑課程(DVE), 並參與學徒事務署註冊認可之學徒訓練計劃

入職要求:

• 完成香港中學會考/香港中學文憑試(或同等學歷)

Scope of Duties:

• Successful candidate will undergo a 1-year training programme which aims to enable him/her to become a qualified Junior aircraft maintenance craftsman
  
• Upon the completion of the 1-year training programme, apprenticeship scheme which has been registered under the Office of the Director of Apprenticeship will be offered to trainees with good performance. Company will fully subsidise trainees under this apprenticeship programme to pursue a part-time Higher Diploma (HD) or part-time Diploma in Vocational Education (DVE) course in the relevant disciplines

Requirements:

• Completion of HKCEE/HKDSE (or equivalent)
• Able to communicate in basic Chinese and English (including reading work instructions in English)
• Passion for the aviation industry
• Willing to work in shifts and overtime
