• Ensure all airfreight export shipments to be dispatched promptly and properly
• Coordinate with overseas offices and related parties to ensure a seamless service experience to all customers and stakeholders
• Ensure the excellent customer service at all times and provide quick and correct solutions of customer issues and complaints
• Ensure the correct and reasonable gross profit gained from each shipment

Your skills and experience

• Airfreight expertise on both of import and export are preferred
• CIFA certificate holder is preferred
• Good Microsoft Office skill
• Good language proficiency in oral and written English
• Customer oriented and good communication skill
• Hard working under high pressure
