Accountabilities:

• Communicate with oversea offices of daily working
• Sending all necessary documents by emails or other methods which overseas need
• Transfer right operation guidance to team of Gateway/Operation/Billing/Documentation and ensure all foreseeing occuring
• To advise the excellent service & maintain the good relationship with customer

Requirements:

• Good command of written and spoken English
• Multi modal knowledge and operational skills
• Good knowledge of computer systems, including powerpoint and excel.
• Knowledge of customs tariffs and the customers organisation and operations
• Good communication skills both to co-workers and customers, suppliers, etc.
