• Accept export bookings and complete all system entry requirements accurately and on time.
• Deliver the highest level customer experience at all times with a clear focus on customer service + retention.
• Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure all export clearance tasks are completed correctly and on time.
• Implement and follow customer SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) at all times.
• Ensure correct data quality within internal systems at all times.
