Job Description

1.Handle operation according to agreed SOP to deliver best service to our customers

2.Set Quotation (RFQ client) in CIEL ensures billing accuracy

3.Open file in CIEL accurately and timely

4.Follow up the instructions of routing orders from overseas

5.Answer inquiries & settle problem with overseas office, report and escalate to superior for instructions in regard to tough issues

6.Maintain good relationship with customers

Requirements

• University degree or above
• CET-4
• Proficient MS skill: outlook, excel, word
• Be able to work under pressure
• At least 2 years working experience in the operation position in the international forwarding company
