Airfreight Operator Intern (Chongqing, Yuzhong)

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Shipment arrangement after got booking from customer;
• Prepare documents such as AWB( Airway Bill), Manifest via company system in time and with good quality ;
• Tackle & verify internal and external billings
• Cooperate with other team members and related departments to close the whole job smoothly ;
• Handle customer's report per request; Answer inquiries and settle problems with overseas and report and escalate to superior properly;

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this position, you must have college or above education, forwarding and logistics background is preferred. New graduates are also welcomed to apply this job. Acting as an Airfreight documentation, you need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, has good English skill. You need to have strong sense of responsibility, team work spirit and willing to learn.
