Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handling member's enquiries and complaints via inbound calls and emails in professional manners
- Providing excellent customer service to members
- Managing customer's reservation and ticketing related issues
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree Holder is preferred
- At least one year working experience; preferably in customer service sector
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Sincere and customer-driven personality would be an advantage
Fresh graduates with Associate Degree / Advance Diploma will also be considered.
