Job Responsibilities

• Handling member's enquiries and complaints via inbound calls and emails in professional manners
• Providing excellent customer service to members
• Managing customer's reservation and ticketing related issues

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree Holder is preferred
• At least one year working experience; preferably in customer service sector
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Sincere and customer-driven personality would be an advantage

Fresh graduates with Associate Degree / Advance Diploma will also be considered.
