Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling members’ enquiries and complaints through excellent teleservice
  • Providing after sales supports for members around the world
  • Providing assistance to customers for flights and general enquires
  • Responding to customer inquiries, feedback and compliments

 

Requirements:

  • The permanent Hong Kong resident status
  • Minimum pass rate in 5 HKCEE/HKDSE subjects including English Language; or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Nice, patient and cheerful personality
