Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct effective communication with customer
  • Achieve an expected service standard
  • Assist with customer enquires
  • Assist with customers’ membership and hotel bookings and transactions

Requirement:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Customer service oriented
  • Nice, patient and cheerful personality
  • Good communication skill
  • Working on shift
