Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct effective communication with customer
- Achieve an expected service standard
- Assist with customer enquires
- Assist with customers’ membership and hotel bookings and transactions
Requirement:
- Form 5 or above
- Customer service oriented
- Nice, patient and cheerful personality
- Good communication skill
- Working on shift
