职责描述：

I. Job Summary:

Industry Supervisor of Airport , who is responsible for the achievement of Airport business target, working as an adviser and consultant of the Airport customers and establishing of the cooperation rules with the customers,.

任职要求：

1. Increase the business volume of Airport Industry

2.Analyze customers according to the development of the business relationship, the market share, potential, turnover situation to make the portray of figures and deviations in the Monthly/weekly Report.

3. Develop and follow up plans and actions for Airport customers and their units Develop corrective actions

4. Gather information to support the market intelligence of the Airport customers

5.Communicate very closely with regional sales team to agree on the activities that have to do with Airport customers, give the direction according to the defined policy, and follow up the activities & sales.

6. Keep a good relationship with the customers and propose new projects and business.

7. Others activities request from Department manager.

Requirements:

1、大学本科以上学历，工科类相关专业；

2、5年以上工业品销售工作经验,有相关行业大客户销售经验者优先；

3、熟悉大客户的开发与管理，精通客户关系的建立与维护，有一定顾问式销售或项目运作经验；

4、有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力，具备谈判能力；

5、良好的人际沟通能力和分析能力；

6、良好的英文沟通能力

7、正直、坦诚、成熟、豁达、自信；

8、高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神；
