Prime Function:

• Responsible for felicitation and facilitation of guests coming to the hotel and leaving the Hotel at the airport.
• Perform all other assigned duties, and adhere to the hotel standards of performance, appearance, and conduct.
• Responsible for providing courteous and competent services to the guests.
• Any matter which may effect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• To escort the guest to the airport & from the airport to the hotel.
• Getting tickets from airport, maintaining the report with the airport officials & managers, to handle a group transfer from & to the hotel.
• Co - ordinate with the Chauffeurs to arrange the Transportation to the Guests
• Co-ordinate with the duty manager for the smooth check-in.
• Assist the Guest for all their Travel related queries.
• Plan, co-ordinate and prepare all pre-guest arrival documentation such as name boards, visas/documents, welcome packs etc. to ensure that passengers are met and assisted in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor flight information to establish flight arrivals/departures in order to ensure that passengers are promptly received and escorted to the Airport Desk.
• Brief guests and meet them at the respective luggage belt and if required, assist them with issues related to lost/damaged baggage.
• Ensure to possess complete and thorough product knowledge of the hotel, their and the scope of services of the hotel provides.
• Ensure to handle the luggage in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of services to the guests ensuring the highest standards of presentation at all times.
• Ensure that all guest queries, inquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful, professional yet warm and friendly manner.
• Ensure to convey a sense of the guest's importance and project a professional environment which reflects hotel’s commitment to customer service.
