Roles

• Handle daily wheelchair services 
• To set up and remove tensor barriers 
• To handle meet and assist passengers 
• To handle counter operations, such as CUSS and self-bag drop etc.  
• Conduct duties assigned by Central Control Coordinator and Counter Supervisor 
• Assist in stock monitoring and fill up stock for counter usage when necessary 
• To assist in ad hoc duties as assigned by Central Control Coordinator and CSM on duty 

Accountability

• General assistance on daily operations and ensure smooth passenger handling 
• Handle daily wheelchair service and counter setting 
• Stock control, delivery and monitoring 
• To comply with all regulations and requirements with regards to health, safety and security set by the Company and relevant authorities while on duty 
• Take reasonable care of the health and safety of self and of others 
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Central Control Coordinator or CSM on duty 

Capabilities & Experience 

• Trade or Vocational Qualification  
• Entry level - no prior job-related work experience required 
• Customer focused 
• Communicative and personally effective 
• Team player
