The Hong Kong Rugby Union (HKRU) is seeking a responsible and enthusiastic individual to work within its Community Rugby department.

Specific responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Community Rugby department, including collecting data, maintaining detailed databases, and contributing to work progress reports.
• Assist with the design and implementation of community engagement programs, which may involve practical coaching.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including part-time coaches, schools, and NGOs.
• Assist with the delivery of other HKRU events as required.
• Any other ad-hoc projects or administrative duties as assigned by the line manager.

Your profile

• Be a Hong Kong permanent resident
• Show evidence of an interest in pursuing a career in the sports industry, e.g. volunteering with HKRU or other sports associations.
• Have a desire to learn and develop, both personally and professionally.
• Be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Being able to communicate in both Cantonese and English is an advantage.
• Be self-motivated, be well organised and be able to work independently.
