We are looking for our future all round receptionist on a permanent contract.

 

Your missions:

- Welcome customers, contribute to their loyalty through a warm relationship and ensure a permanent quality of service.

- Anticipate and manage any situation in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and experience.

- Have a sales mindset to optimize sales.

- Ensure the application of internal audit procedures to secure sales (invoicing and collection)

- Ensure the service of the breakfast

- Record and follow up on reservations and ensure optimum control of reservations.

 

Profile sought:

- Your interpersonal skills and your sense of welcome are your assets.

- You have a service spirit and are driven by customer satisfaction.

- You enjoy working in a team.

- You are dynamic, autonomous, rigorous and involved.

- You have a perfect command of English, both spoken and written. The practice of another language would be a plus.
