professionals in Monterrey, Mexico for our Data Center Group.  If you are

Lenovo Data Center Group (DCG) Worldwide Partner Marketing team is looking for
a self-starter with experience in driving and managing a process to define
strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) marketing plans with alliance partners.  In this
role, you will manage a Governance model designed to ensure that GTM marketing
plans funded through alliance Market Development Funds (MDF) are aligned to
DCG’s marketing priorities. This process requires leading and driving extended
teams to deliver plans for marketing review and approval.

In addition, this role also draws from your experience in developing content
for B2B demand generation campaigns and leading engagements with external
agencies.  This role has the unique privilege of collaborating with cross
functional teams, alliance partners, agency partners, and  Geography
marketing.  In this role, you will drive the content development and partner
with our alliance partners and segment marketing teams to craft compelling
messages to promote our infrastructure solutions through select demand
generation plays.

The right person has poise and confidence in working with third party
stakeholders, but also knows the nuances of pushing back and saying no when
necessary. Key to success in this global role is an ability to hit the ground
running, consistently working with teams across the business unit and
marketing function to help plan and enable the global support for select
alliance partner GTM marketing plans.

What You Will Be Doing:
• Manage the WW Partner Marketing Governance model process to ensure MDF-
funded GTM marketing plans are aligned to DCG marketing, communications &
sales learning priorities.
• Governance model process includes:
• Leading the agenda for monthly extended stakeholder calls;
• Ensuring on-time delivery of semi-annual WW Guidance for use in Alliance GTM
Marketing execution planning.
• This WW Guidance will be built by you with input from other WW DCG marketing
functions (i.e. Demand Gen Plays, Customer References, Marketing Launch)
• Ensuring on time delivery of semi-annual WW Guidance for Geo marketing
execution planning .
• This Guidance provides an overview of the marketing execution objectives,
target audience, execution priorities, and allocation of MDF to Geo DCG
marketing over a 6-month time frame
• Support the functional dashboard management for partner marketing
• Partner with WW Alliances/Segment focals to ensure GTM marketing plans
submitted for alliance partner MDF investment are funded at the appropriate
levels (i.e. Geo field marketing execution investment;  HQ investment across
functional areas supporting demand gen plays, integrated launch product &
solution content requirements; sales learning).
• Work with select alliance partners, external agency partners, and product
segment teams to help define the messaging and offering focus for use in
content creation
• Lead the joint content development for select alliances partner in support
of the approved demand generation plays
• Oversee QA to ensure all content assets in support of the demand gen play
are accurate prior to release to geography marketing teams (this includes any
alliance partner pre-approval for compliance requirements).

#### Position Requirements:


Required Skills
• 5 years experience in B2B marketing experience
• Self-motivated, can work independently and proactively to resolve issues,
take ownership for processes
• Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and
tactics
• Top notch project management skills. Experience in managing agency partners
to deliver on time and within funded scope of work agreements
• Experience working with alliance partners is a plus
• Familiarity with standard marketing performance metrics is preferred
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Team player mentality and positive, “can do” attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
