• Manage APAC initial allocation, replenishment, inventory level as well as supporting any ad hoc events/ projects
• Analyse sales, inventory and shipment data to develop action plans, also adjusting store profile, stock level parameters, sizing curve so as to ensure optimum inventory down to store level
• Work closely with Merchandising, Planning, Logistics and Operation team to make sure stores have right assortment and enough merchandise to support New Collection Launch, Marketing activities and Markdown so as to secure company sales targets and brand image
• In partnership with countries, drive the business to ensure maximisation of sales, inventory & stock turn
• Implements the creation, analysis, execution and communication of monthly floorset launches for specific geographical location, in line with predefined Allocation strategy
• Prepare regular business report and support cross-regional and store transfers
• Communicate with countries and logistic team directly to ensure clear inbound receipts management and fix any issues that arise during the process

• Tertiary educated with at least 3 years of working experience in retail Allocation & Distribution field
• Good at excel with strong numerical sense and analytical skills
• Hand on experience of planning and distribution system, SAP is a plus
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills with a strong sense of responsibility
• Being organized, detail-mind, flexible and able to work well under pressure
• Pleasant characters with strong team spirit
• Good written and verbal communication skills
