Internship (6 months) or apprenticeship (1 year)

The Omnichannel Project Manager Assistant will play a critical role in driving operational service & efficiencies while delivering insights to the business. This associate will own day to day production related to omnichannel operations, work cross functionally & manage various levels of reporting creation / distribution to ensure efficient operational support. He/she will Team Up with cross functional partners including business excellence, customer service, marketing & medical education teams. The associate will need to possess an analytical mindset and maintain a Stay Curious mindset to continually evolve Omnichannel operations and capabilities at Allergan Aesthetics.

Key Activities:

  • Participating in execution of digital omnichannel strategy
  • Setting-up omnichannel journey operationally across customer care / inside sales or telemarketing TBC / external vendors
  • Following lead generation & lead management across systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva…)
  • Designing monthly emailing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud & approvals in Veeva Vault
  • Weekly and monthly KPIs monitoring across reach / conversion / sales KPIs & analysis reporting
  • Managing approvals with regulatory affairs
  • Managing weekly content repurposing across cross-functional teams including coms, marketing, social media, medical education & commercial teams
  • Leading global websites / landing pages initiatives
  • Managing external vendors across all production aspects 

Key responsibilities

  • Continuously ensure that our websites are tagged correctly, tracking is optimized, and performance is above benchmarks.
  • Produce monthly website analysis, dashboards, reporting and paid media recommendations and coordinate across countries.
  • Assisting the Omnichannel Services Team and supporting the Director of Omnichannel
  • Marketing in daily responsibilities and standalone projects
  • Creating a statistical overview for the point of sale orders
  • Generating point of sale material, giveaways and shop equipment order forms
  • Writing of event reports
  • Handling Omni-Channel Marketing Planning for upcoming season
  • Creating and updating the Omnichannel Marketing event calendar

 


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters 2 in digital marketing level or business / sales education – business school or equivalent
  • Any other education will be considered with a proven track record in digital marketing (minimum 2 past experiences / internships).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • This role requires organizational, strategic thinking, analytical and reporting skills, and understanding of pharmaceutical business.
  • Requires an understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
  • The position requires teamwork and collaboration skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, co-leaders, and senior leadership in Commercial, Business Technology Services, Legal, regulatory affairs, marketing & communications teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills required. Ability to communicate concepts and problems in terms that are understandable to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
