Supervise and prepare fund valuation (Net Asset Value) / accounting reports, year-end financial statements for onshore and offshore Private Equity Funds;
Prepare capital call, distribution notices and calculation of carried interest, etc.;
Handle regular tax reporting such at PRC corporate tax and individual income tax for the Funds;
Preparation of other ad-hoc reports as requested by clients;
Be the primary contact person between investors, fund managers, custodians for resolving any issues that may arise;
Assist in coordination of year-end audit;
Assist in system and fund implementations.

Your Profile:
You have 2 - 5 years of fund related experience (preferably with Fund Administrators, audit firms or sizable Investment Fund Houses);
You hold a degree in tax, accounting, finance or other related disciplines;
Professional accounting or PRC tax qualification is a must;
You have knowledge of fund operations for Private Equity Funds, valuation, accounting, payment procedures and securities settlements;
You have in-depth understanding of tax policies, rules and regulations;
You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills;
You have a high level of proficiency in MS Office and "e-front" fund management software is an asset.
