Responsibilities：

1. Explore and select high-quality alternative investment projects that meet the conditions according to the overall asset allocation strategy and yield requirement

2. Assist senior investment managers in industry research, project prospect analysis, investment plan and execution

3. Conduct due diligence for alternative investments, complete due diligence reports, and submit project report to investment committee for review

4. Write feasibility reports for investment, including industry analysis, financial analysis, valuation, and investment structure plan

5. Assist senior investment managers or department heads to complete project investment and follow up on post-investment management

6. Provide investment recommendations and market update timely to investment manager

7. Assist in drafting alternative investments related processes, standards and regulations

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Finance or investment related majors

3. 2 years or more work experience, preferably having 2-3 years of experience in alternative investment, asset management, banking, and trust industry

4. CFA charterholder or licensed work experience is preferred

5. Fluent in Mandarin and English

6. Work seriously, be responsible and have strong communication and coordination skills and interpersonal skills
