Amazon Operations Specialist
Understand the operation work of Amazon, set the performance targets of the store and break them down reasonably, and implement them effectively.
2. Be familiar with Amazon's rules, prevent account risks, and maintain the healthy and stable growth of the account.
3. Regularly collect data on the store, closely monitor the marketing strategies and price trends of related peers' stores;
4. Proficient in new product promotion and various marketing methods, responsible for daily activity registration and advertising placement on the platform, and able to reasonably control the input-output ratio of products.
5. Based on the client's business category, research, improve the product content and release the products, as well as maintain and optimize the listing.
6. Be familiar with the FBA process and formulate reasonable replenishment quantities and new product stock quantities based on demand;
7. Properly handle various issues of customers, improve all indicators of the account, and maintain the good operating status of the account;
8. In accordance with the overall planning of the client and the company, handle internal coordination well, and be good at summarizing experiences to provide solutions and suggestions for achieving sales targets.
9. Possess excellent communication and crisis management skills, and be able to communicate independently with the agency operation clients with confidence

Job Requirements:
Have about one year of experience in independently managing an Amazon store or have a solid operational foundation;
2. Have a strong interest in cross-border e-commerce, be cheerful in personality, diligent and down-to-earth, with strong learning ability and teamwork spirit.
3. Have a certain foundation in English, CET-6 or above; Be proficient in using common office software

During the probation period, the basic salary for employees starts from 6,000 to 6,500 yuan. After being confirmed in the position, the salary for employees ranges from 7,000 to 15,000 yuan

Two days off per week, legal holidays, monthly team-building activities, no less than seven days during the Spring Festival holiday, working from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a one-and-a-half-hour lunch break.
