Job Description:
1. Responsible for all aspects of monitoring and selling of select merchandises via existing Amazon stores. Review customer order notes and status to resolve customer inquiries. Prioritize items and improve store productivity.
2. Answer incoming email requirements from customers in demanded language with guidance from a store supervisor. Manage and respond to customer feedback, disputes and claims. Participate in fostering strong customer relations.
3. Prepare item descriptions for listings on Amazon. Take neccessary processes to meet business needs for the day and week.

Requirements:
1. A solid understanding of Excel and Word; Spanish as mother-tongue language;
2. Excellent negotiation skills. Be able to work with various internal teams to ensure timely resolution for customers;
3. Qualified written communication skills, especially skills of e-mails;
4. Previous selling experience on eBay or wish preferred; Previous selling experience on Amazon preferred, selling experience abroad is an asset;
5. Honesty and integrity. Demonstratable keen attention to details and ability to communicate. Credible, effective and be able to work under pressure;
6. Ready to learn, initiative and proactive, always looking for ways to continuously improve and optimize processes;
7. Proven ability to drive the sales process from experience. Familarity with constructive feedbacks.
