Ambassador, Shuttle Services plays a key role in assisting the bussing Team for day-to-day casino Shuttle Services operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive guests at Macau Ferry Terminal, International Airport, Border Gate, and other local tourist sites.
• Responsible for delivering quality bussing services.
• Assist Shuttle Services Team to manage transportation for guests.
• Assist Shuttle Services Team to develop inbound programs for casino mass markets.
• Assist Shuttle Services Team to manage and build inbound program casino-agents relationships

Experience

• At least one year working experience in customer services preferable.
