Job Reference

a) Be the Head of Grade of Ambulance Crew and carry out the duties and responsibilities for the management, training, welfare, discipline and efficiency of all ambulance staff;

b) Oversee the day-to-day management on the ambulance operations and mobilizations;

c) Be responsible for compiling reports and administration tasks related to ambulance operations including the preparation of statistics, staff performance reports, etc;

d) Attend and take charge of ambulance operations in response to emergency situations or major incidents;

e) Perform quality assurance on the provision of ambulance service.

Entry requirements

• Candidate should satisfy the following requirements:-
• Have Level 3 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) including Chinese Language and English Language; or equivalent qualification
• (applicant is responsible for the proof of equivalence);  
• At least 5 years full-time working experience in ambulance service;
• Have ability to speak fluent Cantonese; ability to speak fluent English / Putonghua will be an advantage;
• Possession of paramedic qualifications such as Emergency Medical Assistant (II), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), will be an advantage;
• Possession of a valid Hong Kong Driving License will be an advantage.
