Job Description:
• Studying and understanding the EB-5 process and US real estate market
• Conducting market research and developing EB-5 projects attractive to the Chinese market
• Creating/sustaining a sales pipeline of American properties in China
• Performing due diligence on potential projects to ensure investor satisfaction
• Presenting projects to partners and groups of high net worth clients around China
• Creating and refining marketing materials
• Providing training and support to the international sales team
Job Requirements
• Flexible enough to accommodate frequent business trips
• Strong sales or marketing experience
• Strong presentation experience and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint skills
• Experience in marketing, finance or business-related fields a plus
• Must be disciplined, self-motivated, resilient and able to cope with market related activities
