A Eaton está buscando por um(a) Analista SCM Materials Customer em nossa planta de Sao Jose dos Campos– SP para juntar-se à nossa equipe. Ela/Ele será responsável por: Follow up com o cliente sobre cobertura de linhas e análise de variações de demanda, suporta os requisitos do cliente através do indicador OTD, bem como seus requisitos logísticos e particularidades do cliente. Suporta a área de produção, equipe de gerenciamento de pedidos, e logística. Participa no processo de gerenciamento de materiais. Responsabilidades do cargo Atender o cliente diariamente (coberturas, plano de entrega, gerenciamento de documentação, informações logísticas) Suporte a analise da demanda (variações e cobertura de clientes) e suporta processos de phase in / out Suporta o cilclo de SIOP para consenso de demanda para clientes. Usa as ferramentas de gestão de demandas da EATON Participa de avaliações e auditorias internas (EATON) e externas (cliente). Suporta projetos para melhoria de resultados e padronização de processos. Suporte a analise critica de dados de sistemas para fornecer relatórios indicadores das atividades e planejamento da área (Power BI, sistemas financeiros, gerenciamento de pedidos ORACLE, interfaces com ERP etc.) e direciona ações de melhoria.
