Job Summary Esta posición es responsable de cubrir el proceso aduanero de importaciones y exportaciones por las diferentes aduanas tanto, aéreo, terrestre y maritimo, mantener al día expedientes de comercio exterior solicitados por GTM, atender auditorias internas, externas y OEA, seguimiento y solución a los hallazgos de las mismas; Así como el seguimiento a otras actividades generadas y relacionadas con operaciones de comercio exterior. Job Responsibilities Ejecutar todos los procesos y procedimiento aplicables de cumplimiento de Importaciones/exportaciones. Es responsable de mantener en orden y al día los registros electrónicos e impresos que de las operaciones aduaneras se generen, tales como (pedimentos, catálogos, HTS, OEA) entre otros. Sera responsable de procurar la informacion de fletes, seguros y precios de transferencia al dÍa para manifestarlas como incrementables en pedimento. Atender Auditorias interna, externa, OEA y dar seguimiento y solución a los hallazgos en el tiempo que lo determinen los auditores. Mantener base de datos de productos relacionados con clave SAT y clasificaciones arancelarias asi como tambien lo referente a la aplicacion de las NOM´s Coordinar con el proveedor de servicio (Agente Aduanal, Agencia Logística), las operaciones de importación y exportación de partes, componentes, productos, maquinaria, etc. Dar seguimiento y verificar que las operaciones de comercio exterior se realicen dentro del marco legal. Revisar la correcta aplicación de certificados de origen Responder a los requerimientos del área legal en las actividades relacionadas en comercio exterior Coordinar y buscar la opción optima en transporte para la recolección y entrega de materiales. Colaborar para el logro de métricas y objetivos del área. Mantener actualización en la legislación de normas aduaneras aplicables con la operación y Certificación de OEA. Es responsable de la administración, seguimiento y actualización de los sistemas internos de comercio exterior de Eaton que de la operación se generen. Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited institution required. Years and area of experience required: 3 años customer service experience in a large company required. Technical knowledge: Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English-Spanish required (90%).
