Objective: Be the business partner of the top Management on the critical decisions such as HC, new Projects and saving measures in order to fulfill local & HQ guidelines. Administration of monthly and annual incentive payments to dealers. Financial planning & analysis of G&A and Mkt budget for each Business Unit
Responsibilities:
· Financial planning controller of G&A and Mkt Budget for each Business Unit, making monthly reconciliation of actuals vs Planned & have an excellent management & analysis of accruals in order to ensure monthly normalization an accurate number. Present to top management monthly analysis of travel expenses, training, etc. Being an operation areas stockholder that proposed efficiencies and new ideas
· Preparation of Fixed financial reports to Directors and managers and deviation analysis between plan and actual figures of MBMex for all business units, in order to ensure good control of fixed expenses and fulfilled Lead of the year
· Automation reports and new G&A & Marketing Dashboards generation. Closing month executing the corresponding journal entries and monthly reconciliation and provisions base on the right financial principles, and follow up of the open items
· BPA Project perform with HR & Top Management to analyze the efficiency of each Business Unit regarding cost, headcount and EBIT
· ICS: Execute ICS controls regarding incentives payments, Administration Overhead (Headcount), Accruals (IT, Marketing & General Expenses). Mapping all process related with Fixed Cost operation and execute internal controls related with provisions, payroll, FTE’s, fixed cost, etc.
Profile:
· Educación y Experiencia: Accounting, FinanceAdministration, Automotive industry (if posible)
· Conocimientos
o Accounting and Finance knowledge
o Project management, basic experience.
o Accountant, Economist, financial or related careers.
o Excel, power point, outlook, SAP, Macros
o Training: IMPACT, SAP
· Competencias

o Advance English Mandatory
o PC Skills: Advance MS Office incl. Access.
