ANALYST - BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
The Business Performance Consultant will provide the Business Performance Manager and functional leadership team with accurate analysis of performance that links strategic objectives to key performance indicators and highlight areas of risk and opportunities for greater strategic alignment
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage various tools involved in the process management and come up with suitable data models to capture the necessary information to make business decisions
- Generating research reports and relevant knowledge documents that would be used by management team for decision making
- Periodic delivery of governance related reports for management team
- Collaborate to capture and collate key information and transform it to business insights for the management team to make an informed decision making
- Building and maintaining governance framework of the site
- Ideate, build and implement new service lines within business performance team for the core business to operate in a smooth and efficient manner
- Data collection, interpretation and visualization across various performance related metrics
- Diligently working, maintaining and reporting internally auditable functions
- Interact with the management/stakeholder teams and appraising them of the site’s performance
MANDATORY SKILLS
- 3-5 years of experience in business performance or related role
- Experience creating and publishing periodic reports
- Strong skills on Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel and Word)
- Strong analytical background
- Excellent governance understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders across various levels of the organization

Essential experience
- Strong experience in a business / service analytics, service level management and reporting role.
- Industry experience, ideally in a Pharmaceutical, Financial, Commercial or Development domain.
- Prior IT business performance management, project management or related field experience.
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Professional qualification in a related discipline, finance / portfolio/ project / program management.
Desirable experience
- Knowledge of new and emerging business performance management approaches and application
- Experience of executing the business strategies and influencing the key stakeholders
- Confirmed experience leading change, using different approaches / methodologies
- Experience working in a Pharmaceutical / life sciences company or equivalent.
- Awareness of developments in the marketplace and understand the relevance and potential impact to AZ
- Experience in handling and developing senior stakeholder relationships and driving commitments and agreements on actions and direction
- Strong financial acumen and business awareness
