About this role

Position description:

Based in Hong Kong, the Analyst will report to the Chief of Staff to the Head and Chair of Asia Pacific. The candidate will be responsible for supporting a range of executive office activities and should feel comfortable working with teams across regions and functional areas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partnering with teams across the region and the firm to create executive-level presentations, speeches, communications, and talking points for use with both clients and internal audiences
  • Driving research efforts and industry and competitive insights on behalf of the executive office for use across strategic initiatives and client engagements
  • Providing support for GEC-level stakeholders and their executive offices by advising on client engagements in APAC, ensuring flow of information amongst key stakeholders across regions, and prepping for internal and external meetings
  • Organizing the briefing process for external client meetings, and covering follow-ups on the back of client engagements
  • Working cross-functionally to deliver key APAC events with an emphasis on project management and strategic thinking in partnership with project leads and working teams
  • Ensuring proper connectivity across corporate executive offices and business functions by representing executive office priorities

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with strong record of academic achievement
  • 2+ years of experience in asset management, consulting or investment banking
  • Strong writing, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
  • Ability to deliver with a sense of urgency, responding to tight deadlines and multiple demands
  • Ability to use data and clearly articulate ideas, both written and oral, to internal and external audiences across levels of seniority
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization and build strong relationships with team members, managers, and senior executives in multiple locations
  • Highly effective process and project management skills: coordination, execution, follow-up and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in PowerPoint and Excel
