The Accounting Analyst that holds this position will be responsible for P2P processes and perform activities for Vendor Reconciliations, besides additional activities as required.

• Vendor Critical Statement Reconciliations
• Perform troubleshooting activities for invoices in error
• Identification and recovery of duplicate invoices/ payments
• Run month end close integrities to ensure system is clean prior closing the module
• Interact with other teams (GL, Inventory, AR and others) to find resolution of issues identified
• Submit issues report to countries as required
• Run and perform analysis on metrics.
• Review open AP transactions in bank statements and/or Open Payable and provide follow up and resolution.
• Book journal entries related to bank adjustments, entries adjustments or reclass and document them into Blackline.
• Ensure all services provided are complying with current SLA’s.
• Ensure S-Ox Compliance.
• Assist in any audit process as required.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies.
• Drive and /or participate in projects related to improvements initiatives for processes.
• Prepare any metric report for management and others when requested
• Scope

• To provide support and high-quality service to Americas internal and external customers in P2P area. It is important also that the person has good customer service skills and to be a team player.

  The person in charge of this position should be analytical and have initiative to solve issues, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to details, willingness to learn, ability to follow procedures and positive attitude are a must to achieve the objectives of this area.
