岗位职责：

• 根据安排，进行市场调研，搜集市场资讯及数据；
• 整理、分析、研究市场信息资料，并形成结论，为各类报告、方案提供基础数据支持；
• 进行案例研究，为各类报告、方案提供资料支持；
• 执行客户访谈，了解客户需求；
• 参加项目组讨论，为报告攥写提供建议；
• 根据经理要求，开展制作项目服务建议书及其它辅助工作。

岗位要求：

• 本科及以上学历，建筑设计/房地产/经济管理/英语相关专业，有海外留学背景更佳；
• 1年以上房地产行业策划咨询、市场调查分析工作经验；
• 熟悉前期策划报告、营销策划报告或保证推广策划书等的撰写工作；
•  熟悉城市建设、房地产行业的国家相关法律法规，掌握房地产市场动态，具有敏锐的市场洞察力、判断力；
• 能够熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等office办公软件；
• 口才好或熟悉SketchUp绘图软件更佳。
