Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
A successful candidate will have a wide breadth of technical skills to bridge the support and project gaps between infrastructure, IT application development staffs and corporate IT support teams
The candidate will report to Manager/AM/Senior Analyst - Gaming System Operations and to perform daily application support, new project implementation and life cycle management of Gaming systems
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and provide L2 shared services support for complex enterprise based Gaming systems across all Melco properties at various geographical locations.
- To proactively build up new knowledgebase to provide fundamental technical guidance for L1 & L1.5 support staffs to able to resolve the relevant incidents / requests as first calls resolution.
- Performs in-house technical training for L1, L1.5 support and other IT staff as required
- Able to learn business application knowledge in depth and suggest improvement if necessary
- Supports key project deliverables and is able to work within defined project plan timelines
- Participates in the identification and resolution of moderately complex application problems and procedures, suggesting solutions to identified problems
- Responsible for responding to issues, questions and requests related to the Gaming systems
- Working with system development team, attends end user training classes and/or presentations as required
- Actively monitor and ensure service level agreement (SLA) is met
- Able to be teamed up with other Support Specialist to perform IT systems support functions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- 2-5 year of relevant IT enterprise system or support experience required
- Requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing current state system analysis
- Experiences should include implementation and support of application systems
- Possess experience in 24x7 large operations support environment is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant qualifications

- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good problem solving and decision making skills to identify and resolve priority issues
- Able to communicate with all level of users
