QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a top-tier institution with outstanding academic credentials.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Outgoing, social, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Native level fluency in Chinese and have ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English

• All activities are conducted in a professional manner. Central to this is ensuring that all dealings are done in a respectful manner either with internal colleagues or external parties. This is to also include being mindful of other’s schedules, tasks and priorities. In addition, professionalism is a reflection of personal presentation. Standard business attire both in the office and in external business events is required.
• Central to every role in the company is the proper time and utility management of a regular work schedule. While this includes meeting attendance and hitting deadlines, all employees are required to follow advance planning protocol.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Source the most updated and timely information through publicly available sources and general discussions with industry contacts, groups or associations.

Dynamically manage databases and convert raw data into relevant and timely ideas from the perspective current global trends to directly facilitate the idea generation process

Create general market knowledge reflective of all current market trends.

As a task owner, ensure the task in question is completed on time, improve overall efficiencies and maintain the strictest of quality standards throughout an entire process

Take a proactive role with business oral and writing skills to ensure that key messages are effectively conveyed during all internal meetings, client meetings, media request/interviews and conferences. When feedback is provided, any differences should be openly discussed with both parties acting empathetically.

Expand the understanding of the company’s working relationship with the clients and their demand trends, interests, and core business competencies current in-place china assets.

Be reactive and proactive and conduct all activities in a professional manner with internal colleagues or external parties.
