ABOUT THE ROLE

• Strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets using various database management tools, including excel, SQL, etc. and to connect data to business decisions
• Experience working with R/Python majorly on the data science functions and packages
• Good experience in working with basic to complex algorithms on AI/ML
• Ability to handle ambiguity and change effectively, and working in an Agile environment
• Ability to communicate with the Global Stakeholders
• Good experience in working on the Global Supply Chain functional areas, understanding the KPI, analyzing the functional data and support business in decision making
• Ability to effectively present complex information to senior leaders

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 3-6 years of work experience in the Data Science, handling complex datasets
• Strong analytical capabilities and good understanding of the business context in which data is being reported
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets using various database management tools, including excel, SQL, etc.
• Ability to interpret the algorithms and expertise to choose the best suitable algorithm for the data
• Experience working with different datasets like Demand forecasting, inventory management, Customer service, etc.,
• Ability to meet competitive deadlines
• Ability to liaise with multiple partners across teams/regions/disciplines and successfully demonstrate the inputs that they might have to offer
• Ability to communicate with the Global Stakeholders
• Good experience in working on the Global Supply Chain functional areas, understanding the KPI, analyzing the functional data and support business in decision making
