We’re looking for a Delivery Excellence Analyst to join the India DEC team.  The Global DEC team owes its success to the highly motivated people in this role.  Our DECA’s are Result oriented, communicate effectively and are able to make good and informed decisions using Business Analytics. 

•Monitor factory Supply Plan/production/capacity/delivery and assess risk of delivery with BI tools to expedite decision making.

•Drive the issue identification, solution and communication on delayed shipment

•Coach, mentor and lead factories on opportunities of SOP optimization.

•Lead OTP tracking for Sample/Inline/Promo and delivery MI data validation

•Collaborate on order prioritization to improve PIFOT and coverage

•Material Delivery collaboration to secure OTP.

•Analyze common issues and develop resolution to maximize OTP and coverage. 

•PO exception management & administration (GAC change, divert, early & later shipment, late adds, cancellations, AF) 

•Facilitate Logistics issue resolution for on-time performance

•Drive factory’s compliance on VAS, RFID, Packing & labelling and facilitate issue solutions

•Lead LR/SR Capacity & Consumption Rate Validation and Data integrity 

•Analyze loading issue and collaborate with factories on solutions

•Drive new factory production readiness tracking and factory on-board training

•Lead communication and collaboration on hot spots.

•Support execution of new projects/Programs at partner level

•Lead data analysis and reporting for strategic initiatives/ big program/issue communication

•Lead/support project/best practice development & deployment

•Act as trainer/consultant to support teammates capability building and issue solutions

In this role you’ll be working closely with passionate and driven Nike Business Users, Business Analysts & Managers, Strategic Business Relationship Managers, Product Developers, and Factory Partners. They will span across various groups including Global Sourcing, Demand and Supply Management, Materials Planning, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Partner Management, Product Creation and partnering Suppliers. •3+ years demonstrated progressive experience in Delivery; experience in Footwear, Apparel or Equipment a plus

•Strong track record managing external supplier relationships and being the compelling voice of a brand or influential organization

•Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

•High emotional intelligence with a successful history of networking and influencing without direct authority to mobilize internal and external resources

•Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex information in a way that is simple and easily understood by a diverse group of stakeholders

•Ability to lead and drive change at multiple levels inside and outside of the organization

•Proven record of identifying capability gaps and influencing leaders to drive the development of new capabilities

•Strong "peripheral vision" and ability to automatically see opportunities in a highly nuanced environment to make connections that will drive efficiency and alignment

•A result-driven, consumer-centric mindset with a record of accomplishment that shows you can deliver short-term wins on the journey to long-term change

•Strong business and leadership acumen is critical. A willingness to listen, learn and reflect, coupled with an ability to create, challenge, and evolve quickly will be critical success factors within the NIKE matrix

•Experience with risk management and problem solving is critical to the success of this role. You will have a proven track record of risk identification, mitigation and management.

•Business Analytical skills and ability to work on Excel and other BI tools (tableau) is critical to this role.
