Analyst, Distribution System Support

This position will be responsible for supporting all business units in the North & Central America (NCA) region on distribution systems, including Reservation systems, GDS, B2B and B2C partner sites

What you will be doing:

• Educate property on Job/Dept/Position and the labour structure file and provide instructions and ongoing guidance
• Support North & Central America (NCA) hotels in achieving revenue targets
• Understand the set up and configuration of companies wtih online demand partners
• Provide distribution channel support, guidance, and education to hotels and regional contacts
• Work with Regional and Hotel teams for new property integration
• Understanding of reservation, distribution systems for all brands  represented within the NCA region
• Liaise with central teams on behalf of the region, including Sales & Revenue Management

Your experience and skills include:

• Exceptional written, verbal and communications skills
• Exceptional problem solving skills is required
• Must possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and technical aptitude
• Strong knowledge and experience of Hotel Industry systems (Central Reservation Systems, GDS Systems)
• Ability to work well in a small team envirmonment with minimal supervision
• Experience working in the Hotel industry is an asset
• Ability to prioritize, work on several projects at once, and strong attention to detail
• Bilingual French/English is an asset

Your team and working environment:

• Based at the North & Central America Regional Office in Toronto, Ontario or home office in Canada, this position is a part of the NCA Corporate Revenue Management team.
