Ihre Aufgaben: Nach einer kurzen Einarbeitung sorgen Sie im Team für den 1st und 2nd Level IT Support (Remote Service sowie Vor-Ort Support) in deutscher und englischer Sprache. Dabei nehmen Sie Störungsmeldungen und Kundenanfragen entgegen, erfassen und dokumentieren die Meldungen im Ticketsystem, priorisieren, klassifizieren und eskalieren Störungsmeldungen, sorgen für das Troubleshooting bei PCs, Notebooks, Druckern und anderer Hardware. Großen Wert legen wir auf die gute Zusammenarbeit des virtuellen Teams. Regelmäßiger Wissenstransfer und Pflege der Wissensdatenbank sind ebenso wichtige Bestandteile Ihrer Aufgabe. Nutzung des Asset Managements zur akkuraten Verwaltung von IT Gerätschaften sowie zur Lizenzverwaltung von Software Organisation und Durchführung von Kundenschulungen Qualifications Unsere Wünsche: Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. zum Fachinformatiker (m/w) Systemintegration sowie über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vor-Ort-Service in mittelständischen und/oder größeren Unternehmen. In der Installation von Hardware und Software kennen Sie sich ebenso aus wie mit Image Installationen. Umfassende Kenntnisse in den Betriebssystemen Windows 10 sowie in den Standardapplikationen MS-Office 365 bringen Sie mit. Die Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung, bei der wir Sie gerne unterstützen und fördern, bringen Sie mit.
