Analyst, IT Support
Reporting to the Manager, Remote Support, this position will provide superior first level user support to the members of the Accor NCA regional office including home based colleagues . They will also support the technology initiatives of the company and assist
with the implementation and support of systems devices and technologies.

What you will be doing:
- Provide 1st level support for all desktop resources problems, escalate to our business partners or vendors if necessary;
- Co ordinate system changes with appropriate support staff to ensure uninterrupted services;
- Provide knowledge of network/server management, security, access, authentication, data integrity, operating environment,
- requirements and physical security;
- Assist in maintaining technology assets inventory related to Regional office (including home based colleagues);
- Provide knowledge of common operating systems, hardware, peripheral and applications;
- Keeps professional skills updated and consistent with current information systems networking technology
- Escalate to our business partners or vendors if necessary;
- Perform o ther duties as required.
- Contribute to Technology Services knowledgebase
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in IT Operations
- Diploma/Degree/Certification in Computer Science
- Good communication skills required
- Ability to build strong relationships, and maintain a positive reputation.
- Organized, proactive and with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Your team and working environment:
- Based at the North & Central America Regional Office in Toronto, Ontario, this position is part of the NCA Regional Technology team
Note: Must already be legally entitled to work in Canada to be considered for the position
