Job Responsibilities

• Project Implementation and Solutions
  • Assist & facilitate the Manager for implementation and design solutions to ensure project excellence, e.g. process flow, user guide
  • Support process execution/enhancement to achieve better operational effectiveness and process optimization
  •  Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure full compliance of KPIs
  • Establish training and material that effectively achieve project expectation
  • Travelling overseas is required
•  Support Data Analytics
  • Support the Manager in data analysis for different aspects, for identifying improvement opportunities and solutions proactively

• Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Shipping or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years' relevant working experience; previous exposure in Shipping or Logistics Industry is a definite advantage
• Self –motivated, detailed-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Good sense of project management
• Excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple work assignments
• Good at MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio etc...)
• Good at English in written and oral
