This position will be based in Eaton’s Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE) in Pune. The person in this position will be responsible to project manage and drive global supply chain projects that will significantly increase our resiliency and reduce risk, the projects will be executed to meet goals, schedule and budget. 1. Project Management Supply Chain Resiliency a. Implement projects scoped as part of our Supply chain Resiliency strategy. b. Co-ordinate and project manage as required to ensure on-time completion of the resiliency projects to schedule along with meeting the scope within the defined budgets. c. Deploy project management methodologies to execute projects by performing stakeholder analysis, risk assessments, mitigation of risks and change management. d. Work closely with global stakeholders in manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain to implement projects e. Identify and understand the risk associated with resiliency projects and plan for effective mitigation with the project stakeholders and businesses. f. Budget Management - Co-ordinate with project owners or relevant stakeholders to forecast capital & expenses needed to execute the project and ensure smooth funds allocation. g. Lead and drive project reviews with stakeholders and business or category teams to track and report on progress to milestones and identifying and resolving any schedule slippage. h. Responsible for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities and making process improvements where required. 2. Business Projects Reporting - a. Co-ordinate with all project owners and maintain records for creation of Power BI dashboards b. Data: Ensure completeness of data for all critical resiliency projects assigned. Qualifications Masters/Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. 5-7 years of working experience in manufacturing industries / similar industry will be required where there has been exposure to Project Management in Supply Chain 1.
