Lead the Enhancement request and minor project for IT applications in Gaming & non-Gaming Area

Create and maintain business requirements for any IT application related enhancements / projects

Perform and coordinate the requirement analysis and produce level of effort estimates

Coordinate with other IT teams, suppliers, and contractors to work out IT solutions

Co-work with IT Project Team for project delivery: lead the requirements, impact and solution analysis, testing clarification and implementation flow, etc

Co-work with IT Business Engagement Team as Products Knowledge Support, communicate and identify the solution per Business Requests

Release management and version control for applications in organization

Abide to the company rules & regulations

Diploma or Bachelor Degree

3 – 4 years’ working of experience, 1 – 2 years’ experience in related area

Good written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge in Casino or Hotel operations

Analyze and solve problems in a service driven organization

Background in Development and Project Management is preferable

Fluent in Cantonese, Good in English
