Responsibilities 

• Monitor system implementation, configuration and project changes
• Consolidate, record and study user requirement
• Prepare test environments, data, test cases and perform testing
• Prepare relevant documents such as testing plan, system design, administration manual
• Liaise and coordinate between developers and end users by providing technical advice to ensure high level user satisfaction
• Provide daily support on system performance
• Execute system integration and data migration

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in system and software development / implementation
• Proven record of SAP/ Oracle / ERP development and implementation
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Must be well-organized and detail-oriented and possess good time management skills
• With strong team working spirit
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
