Responsibilities

• Develop new modules of Chatbot for E-commerce system Integration
• Perform system analysis, design and development
• Produce high-quality technical documentation that strictly meets technical writing guidelines

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification IT system implementation and integration experiences
• Knowledgeable in Chatbots, Machine Learning or NLP
• Knowledge with NodeJS/Typescript, Oracle Database, Linux will be an advantage
• Work independent, analytical, good problem-solving skills, and must be able to cope with the tight project schedule
• Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
