Responsibilities:

• Follow through the software development cycle to ensure applications developed are able to meet the business requirements
• Follow-up scheduled project & new computer project and problems solving
• Support and assist to complete user testing and provide user training
• Monitor the implementation and sustainability of process and system changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Familiar with SQL
• Knowledge in HTML, .NET, C#, PowerBuilder,, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Reporting Tools
• Knowledge in ERP System
• Knowledge of IT Helpdesk operation
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in problem identification and resolution
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, dynamic and teamwork mindset
• Positive attitude, independent and able to work under pressure
