Responsibilities

• Handle on full cycle of application development and implementation (waterflow or agile)
  
• Lead development team, communicate with clients and vendors or service partners
  
• Responsible in technical documentations and quality assurance
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience
  
• Strong analytical skills and sense of problem solving
  
• Understanding on how modern information systems interact and support business process
• Technical knowledge including SQL DB, modern web / app application development concepts and experience
  
• Good communication skills including English
• Knowledge in any of following areas will be an advantage
  
  • GIS technology
  • Electrical engineering
  • Utility industry
