ES EMEA PDC Schrems Plant has an opening for an Analyst SCM Material Planning (m/f/d), located in Schrems, Austria. Primary function of this position: Responsible for planning of material demand for defined product groups and suppliers, creating and re-scheduling of PO´s, tracking of inventory targets. Job Responsibilities: Planning of material demand for defined product groups and suppliers Forecast creation based on euristic values and IBP Creation of Purchase orders and Contract Orders Purchase order requisitions from assembly plants Re-Scheduling of delivery dates and quantities in case of demand changes Monitoring of stock level to ensure sufficiant mateial supply for production orders Optimization actions to avoid overstock Supplier communication as well as escalation in case of material shortages and overstock Suppport of Category Management to continiously improve the supply base Team work with Global Supply Chain Organization to clear material shortages Claim handling (Wisper-DMR) Invoice approvals (MRBR, GFSS) Order book and Info record changes SPIR creation Support of Team Budapest Support of Team Pune Qualifications Education and experience: Secondary degree (high school diploma) 3 years experience in supply chain function Technical knowledge: MS-Office, ERP-systems (SAP) Soft skills: Accountable, Teamwork- and communication skills, motivated, engaged, presentation skills, proactive Fluent in German and English Our management style at Eaton is characterized by ethical, passionate, responsible, efficient and transparent action, we are constantly learning.
