Job Summary The primary function of this role is to drive performance excellence in UKDC by leveraging best practices, identifying opportunties to adjust customer and internal Eaton services to the advantage of all parties, and ensuring the necessary control frameworks are in place in all of our 3rd party warehouse relationships. The role will be operationally focused and will help bridge the knowledge gap between a variety of different Eaton functions/departments and 3PL distribution center processes, systems and procedures. Job Responsibilities Work across multiple Eaton businesses and functions to identify and deliver opportunities for improvement in warehouse performance, quality, on-time delivery and productivity. Drive consistency and best-practice deployment in UKDC warehouse (3PL and internal Eaton functions- order management, material planning, product lines support, returns, logistics, GTM/Export compliance, IT and Quality) Drive consistent warehouse reporting and monitor/analyze warehouse performance and discrepancy control on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Coordinate between internal transport operations team and warehouse teams to ensure optimal performance in both transport and warehousing. Support EMEA DC operations managers in coordinating and facilitating monthly and quarterly operating reviews with 3PL providers. Prepare data and performance improvements suggestions. Support EMEA DC operations managers with investment and business planning, budgeting, annual stock take and compliance process. Prepare data, KPI or documents. Support warehousing procurement commodity manager with WH reports on new warehouse tenders, sales offers or re-negotiations. Assists in designing, deploying and maintaining an operational and financial controls framework in conjunction with Finance and internal/external audit. Key role for Eaton annual stock take- JDA and SAP results comparison, investigation and submitting PI results to Finance teams for approval. PI, cycle count adherence of count process, documentation and SAP,JDA reports. Ensure the data flow between Eaton’s ERP’s and 3PL WMS systems is error proof to ensure timely, accurate and compliant processing of transactions. Escalate inconsistencies to IT and Finance. Support data and process flow changes as SAP UAT testing support and CI champion Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Bachelors degree in relevant field. Years and area of experience required: 3-5 years experience in the field of Supply Chain. English language spoken,written. Technical knowledge: Understanding of warehouse and distribution operations including policy and compliance. SAP and xls advance knowledge, WMS technical design, UAT/superuser is advantage. Power BI and xls data visuals advanantage. Dangerous goods, freight and other compliance legislation knowledge relevant to distribution and product placement on EMEA markets>>Export/import principles, Scrapping, inventory Mgmt and cycle counting, excess and obsolete. Soft skills: Ability to communicate well across many different nationalities, cultures with building both internal and external relationships capability. Prioritization and navigating efficently with conflicts of information on demonstrated achievements.
