• Assist the team to complete the real estate fund, developers customized market research and analysis report, market due diligence report.
• Assist the team in completing pre-land feasibility studies, land optimal utilization studies, project property positioning studies, development/redevelopment consultant recommendations provided by developers, real estate funds.
• Assist the team in completing government-provided regional development recommendations, master planning recommendations, urban renewal studies and recommendations.
• Assist the team in completing real estate-related asset and equity transactions to provide market research and transaction negotiation support.

• Bachelor's degree and above, study abroad first, architecture, urban planning, regional economics, real estate and other related professional background graduation.
• 1 years of work experience in similar positions, there are five lines, planning institutes, developers, such as the port of the former policy work experience priority.
• Better communication skills and report writing skills.
• Have good English reading and writing skills.
