Job Description
深圳市 罗湖区

Job responsibilities

1.Compact and backup supply chain database daily as well as import data into the system

2. Import Purchase Order and shipment record into the system as well as tracking the exception issue

3. Maintain and update the vendor master record

4.Prepare regular analysis reports to management and team

5.Prepare ad hoc reports from management and team

6.Assist ad hoc projects when required


Requirements


1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Business/logistics/International Trade, Mathematics, computer science, Statistic or IT or related discipline;

2. Minimum 5 years solid experience in related field and position;
3. Working experience in logistics & supply chain analytics analysis/business process/international trading will be an advantage
4. Excellent data analytical skill and strong analytical experience;

5. Strong database knowledge is a must;

6. Excellent computer skills inclusive office IT application, Excel, Access & ppt;
7. Strong logical thinking, organizing and problem solving skill;
8. Good communication skills and and interpersonal skills;
9. Energetic, outgoing, self-driven and good team player; detail & result-oriented;
10. Good business acumen and people management;

11. Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility and customer customer oriented;

12. Able to handle multi-task in a fast paced, sometimes pressurized environment;

13. Good command in Mandarin & English, written and verbal a must.
