Summary: Responsible for whole marine all vessels' planning by coordinating with each alliance partner, up/down stream concerned parties, and planning central to provide the most correct & reliable inbound & outbound files for yard TT plan and shipside vessel operation.

Key Accountabilities: 1. coordinate with central planner of each line for all stowage planning. 2. Inbound file receiving into CASP and uploading to Operation Management thru CATOS EDI WEB. 3. Important stowage information collecting, checking and updating including DG/Reefer/OOG/COD...etc. 4. Follow stowage instruction, stowage pattern and special requirement to ensure vessel pre-stowage plan with maximum container loading and safety sailing stability condition. 5. Provide excellent stowage arrangement for shipside operation. 6. Timely stowage adjustment to meet operation need and satisfy chief mate requirement. 7. Operation handling data, paper and document preparing and delivering 8. Departure EDI file finalize in CATOS and provide to vessel operatior ASAP. 9 Learning any new operation system, test and maintain carefully 10. All vessel operation stowage papers filing 11 . Secure all stowage inbound and outbound file with excellence reliablity 12. Provide the best service, communication and cooperation with up/down stream concerned parties and Alliance partners. 13 . Ensure all system, stowage process, papers, and document in good order without and loss and service failure.

Qualification and Experiences: 1 . Bachelor degree or above 2. Major in navigation, transportation management or related fields. 3. one year terminal operation or related field experience will be preferable.
